01 — Business lists

Companies with a mailbox that actually works

Name, domain, business email, phone, city — pulled from public directories and each company's own site. Deduped on domain. Consumer mailboxes and dead domains removed before delivery, not after you bounce.

Every row carries an email_status column, so you always know why a row has no address instead of guessing.

02 — Competitor prices

Every product, variant, SKU and price

One row per variant, including the compare-at price — so you can see how deep a discount really is instead of trusting the banner.

Run weekly and you get the part that matters: what went up, what went down, what sold out since last week.

03 — Hiring signals

Who is hiring, for what, since when

Companies, roles, locations, stack keywords, and how many roles each company has open right now. From public job-board APIs.

One opening can be a backfill. Five at once is an approved budget — and a different conversation.

Questions people actually ask

Do we need a call?
No — and I don't do them. Everything happens in writing, which is faster for both of us and leaves you a record of exactly what was agreed.
How do I know the data is right?
Every row carries the URL it came from and the moment it was collected. Pick any line, open the URL, check it. That's why those columns exist.
What happens to rows you couldn't collect?
They come too, in a separate file, with the reason for each one. Showing the gap is the point — a report that hides it is a report you can't trust.
Can you keep it updated?
Yes, that's the recurring feed. You get the full file plus a second one with only what changed since last time — usually a few hundred rows instead of a few thousand.
Is this legal?
Public business data, collected politely, with attribution where the source licence requires it. Nothing behind a login, no personal consumer data.
What if a site changes and the feed breaks?
I find out before you do — every job alerts me with the specific failure category. Fixing it is included in the monthly price.
